I have bought a new board with uv reactive slots and am looking for some nice uv lights.

preferably inexpensive (under 15 bucks)
 
That is very simple my friend, just google for case modding+uv light and you'll see how many hits it gets.

eBay is also a great and cheap (if they don't f*** you up with the shipping costs) way to get what you're looking for.



 
I order all of my UV cold cathodes from Performance PCs. I've never had a problem with the lights, and they solder the switch out for me before they sleeve the cables. Very nice work, and it lets me configure the lights how I want (I have some of them switched, and some permanently on in my case).
 
probably minimal heat. well it certainly wont lower your case temps so i wouldn't get these if i wanted to lower my temps
