I first started to wonder what they were when I found my 3dfx v3 3k has them.. I thought they had something to do with samsung, and I was right!

SEC = Samsumg Electronics [/b]C[/b]orporation, much like DEC (Digital Electronic corporation) and NEC (Nippon).
