Does anyone know of a recent book released by a former CIA operative?

I remember a Daily Show interview of a man I assume was a former CIA operative talking about his new book. He mentioned that the book was only about 90% non-fiction, the rest fiction. This is because the CIA must okay the book before the release, and I guess they require a little to be made up to keep people guessing, Cant seem to find the title or author though.

Thanks,
C

I know this is an old post but now i want to read the book and I dont think that is it. All the descriptions seem to point to that book as being non-fiction

Maybe the author was Robert Baer? He's an ex CIA agent who has written a few books, including the novel that Syriana was bassed off of.
