Does anyone know of a product, a switch of some sort, that can turn on a device for a few seconds, then off, then on....

Sparing the details of the whole project, I'm looking for something that I could plug a submersible pump into that would have it on for 15 seconds and then off for 5 seconds, on for 15 seconds and so on, perpetually. Anyone know of anything like this?

If all else fails, you could program a microcontroller to do that easily.
