I was just thinking about the problem with power connectors inside Cases, and the problems they create (tangled cables, not enough connectors, etc, etc). I wondered if there was such a thing as a power strip that would run down the back/of the case, or maybe down the front/side of the drive cage, and would have a 4 wire molex long enough to reach to the other side of the cage, and a small clip to hold it if that particular drive bay is not in use. Could have 1 per cage, with a double ended one for the floppy drive locations. This strip would then have a plug on the top to get it's power.
Just thinking off the hip here, so if it's not quite clear, or doesn't make sense, then oh well...
