does anyone know of a good flex atx motherboard?

I'm looking for advice. I want to build a really small computer with a flex atx motherboard, does anyone know of a good one?

One that features onboard everything: lan, video, sound and has a place to hook up a front usb connector to the case. I don't think there are any amd chipsets out there with flex atx form factor, but I don't care if it's Pentium or Athlon.

Somebody please help me.
