I am looking for this:

Free Java based Chat client/server that does not need to connect to the internet for anything. I would like to setup a chat webpage (without setting up IRC server) that does not need to connect to any websites for anything. This is for our internal network.

MSN/AIM/ETC type stuff is out. I want one of those Browser window chat rooms.
