Does anyone know if those 5 liter mini kegs can be tapped?

Ok, the local store sells these mini kegs of 5 liter beer. They come with a faucet at the bottom, and an air vent at the top. At first, i thought it was just an air vent, but i was wondering if anyone knows if can be used to attach an actual tap? Here is a picture of the type of mini keg i'm talking about, and it seems to have a CO2 system attached (I would attaching a pump system) This leads me to believe it is some sort of standard tapping system in addition to an air vent. http://www.weekendbrewer.com/images/minike2.jpg

Yes, i could use the built in faucet but i have a nice pump tap that i hope would work with it.

Maybe that device is especially made for mini kegs? I was wondering if it has a universal connector that would work with my standard pump tap.
