Does anyone know if there is a built in timer in Windows XP?

Like something that will just count down five minutes, and when the five minutes is up alert me and make a noise saying five minutes or whatever amount of minutes is up? I want to kinda limit myself to the computer, and a timer is what I need. Anyone know of any?

If you don't, then do you guys know if any physical timers that would be useful?

you can set windows to run an app in 5 minutes... but, naw..

i'm not sure.. google up 'timer app' or something like that.. stopwatch or somethin.
