Does anyone know if the Panasonic in dash 7" DVD deck/screen combo can play VCD/SVCD?

On the ebay auction i'm looking at it doesn't have VCd or SVCd as an option or standard, only DVD. Does anyone know first hand if it does in fact play VCDS?
