Does anyone know if Comcast Cable supports HDTV of any sort?

just wondering. i read a report saying my area (northern virginia) will have it...but i can't find ANY info on comcast's sucky website

an no, i can't get satellite service cause i don't have southern exposure....

i assume i would have to have a digital cable plan...and then pay more on top of it right? any ideas what channels they offer?
 
If I remember correctly (again, in Atlanta), they were offering the service for $5 per month with any Digital Cable package. That $5/mo also got you the HDTV tuner that you would need to connect to an HD-capable TV.
