Since they have started price matching online stuff I don't avoid them like the plague anymore. Still every time I go in there seems to be a hassle. Like last time I ordered online they had the online orders share a service line with returns/etc. One person there and some lady who wanted to argue everything. It was painful to watch, more so because what should have been a >30s transaction took like 15 minutes. I did buy appliances there though.
