Yes but i don't know how to use it.

I tried to go to Dislay properties/ Themes and then i clicked browse but it does not see it.

Any ideas how to use it, on the website they don't tell you how to set it up.

the .theme extension is used w/ MS Plus!
You likley need Plus! to use that theme.
