Does anyone know how to switch your primary graphics card?

I am running a dual monitor setup with two graphics cards. For some reason my computer is recongizing my PCI card as my primary graphics card and my AGP as my secondary graphics card. Any gurus out there know how to make it so my AGP grahpics card is the primary card.
