I was wondering what is required in order to have your ad up on a billboard.

Who do you actually have to contact for that? Would it be the city?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

i know this doesn't really make any sense (due to lack of an explanation), but what if you don't have access to that 800 number.

ok, here's what i'm really asking. what if i wanted to know the current CONTENT of 20 different billboards (spread out all over the state). is there an easy way to do this without actually driving to the physical locations? the reason i originally asked if billboards were ordained by the city, is because if so, then that would give me a central location to call. if they are privately (independently) owned, that would be a b!tch and a half. thanks.

I only know this because I had to get pricing on a billboard for my old job, and there was one company in our area that owned most of the billboards.

Good luck

In my area there are only a couple of billboard owners, you could determine the status of billboards (if they would provide the info over the phone) with I think 3 phone calls.

Professing your love for a woman on a billboard will not make her date you.
