I have a PC133 512MB and a PC133 128MB that are dead. I can't remember where I got bought them. They are supposed to have a life time warrenty. The 512MB has an ITC sticker on it and has Seitec chips and also the numbers PC133U-333-542-Z. The 128MB has a YC sticker and YC chips. The circuit board of the 128MB has "made in Taiwan" on it.

PC133U-333-542-Z appears to be a type code for memory manufactured by Hyundai. The 128 MB / 133 Mhz part is HYM76V16635HGT8-H. I didn't find a reference for a 512 MB part.

All I did was a Web search for 'PC133U-333-542-Z'. I've identified a lot of old memory that I found lying around that way! Memory that was pretty impressive in the first machine I ever built is now buffer in my laser printer! Good luck with the idea of a lifetime warranty for a computer part, though. I will be pretty impressed if any company offers and honors one.
