I need some help getting rid of Trojan dropper. I got it by going to someones profile on aim and clicking on a link...if anyone knows how to get rid of it please help me out I'd really appreciate it...

I'm trying to help a friend w/this and he said he doesn't have any type of virus scanning utillity... how else can i do this?
