Does anyone know how to get rid of the bloody "Warning: Page has Expired" message???

About a month ago my browser started giving me this message whenever I hit the back button on any search form pages. It never did it before. Then just as suddenly as it started it stopped again for a few weeks. Now it's doing it again. Aggravating the crap out of me. Any ideas on how to get rid of this nuisance?

try this: Tools > INternet Options
on Generals tab, Temp Internet Files > settings > check for newer version > set to 'automatically'
set Security and Privacy to default (medium level)

Any idea why this would be changing itself back and forth all the time?

Those settings you recommended were already configured that way. Any other ideas?
