does anyone know how to fix a cd/dvd-rom drive?

Ok the tray to my dvd-rom drive wont open all the way and it wont shut all the way, how the hell can i fix so it comes out all the way and so it goes all the way back in.

ive already taken it all apart (voided the warrenty :S ) and yea, ....
