Does anyone know how to adjust memory timings an asus p5wd2 Premium?

I need to know how to set the memory timings in the bios. I can not seem to find where it's at and the mobo manual doesn't seem to help either.

This is the Asus P5wd2-Premium. It has a ami Bios(if any one with out this board knows where it would be)

Any info would be appreciated.
