Does anyone know any of the KWI (KingWin) coolers?

I bought a mobo (kt7a-raid + 900Tbird) and I received an unknown (until now) KWI cooler. It took me a while to find their web site to find the damn model number! It's the KP-02 (http://www.kingwin.com/fan-k7s.htm#Model: KP-02). By the description of the cooler, what do you guys think?
