Does anyone keep getting these spam messages?

I've never got any junk mail to my hotmail account before, but out of the blue, I'm getting these:

"Mën, ít rëally works!"
"Mëds thät wíll hëlp more than över cöuntër"

All the senders names look like legit names, but obviously they are all comming from the same place.

The return address is always something like "LewisBenjamin3@xwppjtytn.biz"

They have a link to stop sending the stuff, but I'm hesitant and think I'll just end up getting loads more junk.

ummm...its spam...delete it

clicking on the unsubscribe link just gets you more spam

stop registering at porn sites and you wont get spammed

I set up a yahoo account that I use when I know I will get spammed, its inbox has been full for 3 years
