Does anyone in Northern Va know about this?

If anyone knows anythign about it let me know -- i want to check it out sometime. I'm not even sure of it's name, if it's open to the public, or if it is actually a road course or anything. I've seen it flying in and out of dulles several times.

There is a training facility there for some government agency/ies. I used to work near there and you could hear sirens and tires squealing all day as well as some hellacious noises from their range, like thirty people firing at once.

Seems like they have a "youthful driver program" for people aged 16-18. You might try contacting them and seeing if you can take that course, even if you are overage. I might do that myself... be fun to speed with tons of cops around and not have to worry about getting pulled over.

Uhh.. I would think that the program would be to prevent that type of driving, considering 'tracks' usually get shut down
