I am looking at some jobs on the career website and I would like to know what the different pay grades/bands mean.

A guy I used to work with started out at 50k+ not including bonus. That's nice for Arkansas.

At the corporate level, I suspect they're probably reasonably competitive on compensation. It's the retail level (low skill employees) where they don't pay squat, because they can get away with it.
