I just recently started watching this show and its pretty good, however I missed the first episode I started in on the 2nd one. Can anybody summarize the first one?
 
man...the 1st episode was so long ago, all i remember was shiri appleby getting shot and the main character guy healing her...

she's got the hot/cute girl next door look. i wish i could meet someone like her in real life...haha
