Is it possible to indent and outdent line items like you can in MS Project?

For example – if you look at the simple plan below(I just knocked it up for the purpose of this question), you can see that the milestone falls under “test 2 activity”, but the milestone is not specific to that activity and should show as a high-level item and fall under the entire phase. Anyone here have any idea how to achieve this?

It’s a piece of shit application I am forced to use at my current place of work. I still create all my plans in MS Project, but I need to update the Open Workbench/Clarity(Niku) plan for reporting/resource purposes.
