Does anyone here use Newsguy?

I never seem to get more than 40-50 KBPS download from them, with lots of pauses and timeouts. Their tech support is trying to tell me that it is purely my problem with my ISP, that their servers run at 25% capacity, and that everyone else gets 150 Kbps all the time. I tried it at work on a T1 line and get the same throughput (~40 kbps) and a friend with cable gets about the same too. What kind of d/l speeds do you get with newsguy so that I can refer the tech support to this thread.

I left newsguy. I use giganews and easynews now, their service is great..
