Does anyone here have this Powmax MicroATX case?

The Athenatech A100 series is much better for a bit more money. Much sturdier material and a better PSU (some come with 200W Sparkle, others with 230W Sirtec/HighPower). Powmax PSUs aren't known for their quality - check out one of the buyer's reviews on that.. ;). Chenbro also has some nice boxes of a similar size.

Awesome looking cases, great PSU, and cool features, however, beware of the A106. I'm having serious problems (read impossible) getting a DVD drive to fit w/ a socket 478 mobo. You can read about it in this post.

That's funny that you mention the Athenatech A106 because that's the other choice for a small MicroATX case. I kind of liked the carry handle and smaller dimensions of the Powmax case though. The reviews don't look very promising though for the Powmax case. That's why I wanted more input on it.

I'm planning on using a socket A board, so I shouldn't have an issue. Plus, the dvd burner that I have for it is a Liteon and it's about the shortest optical drive that I know of.

Good luck on fitting the socket 478.

And be sure the mobo you choose has the P4-12V connector so it will work well with the small PSUs in this type of case.
