Does anyone here have sprint ion asdl for their connection..?

I was just woundering if anyone has sprint ion asdl witch is based on mindspring as an isp? I just want to know if I have any chance at really hitting the Up to 8.0 Mbps downstream / 1.0 Mbps upstream levels they advertise on their site. I currently have Time Warnern Cable, and I'm caped out 145kb/s. So if I can get anywhere close to 800kb/s I would be amazed.

Check out DSL Reports lots of reviews there so you might be able to find something.

I know they guarantee 1.0-1.5 mbps minimum.
Even if your phone line sucks.

Supposedly they install phone lines for people if its so bad that it can't hit 1.0 mbps. Pray that it doesn't so you'll get a brand new 8.0 mbps line

I was gonna go with Sprint ION but I couldn't deal with the deployment times. They said it would take 90 days to come over and install it. I needed DSL then and there since we have a network of 5 computers that all need internet access.
Qwest installed in just over 10 days so I caved.

Once their deployment time gets shorter I may switch.
