Does anyone here have an EdenPURE heater?

I was given two of these(1000-XL) as a gift, but I have no use for them. Are they worth a crap?

My gf and I have one. They work fairly well.

My grandparents have two, but they don't usually run them during the summer when I visit.
They liked the first one so they bought a second. That's all I know.

I put this on ebay starting at 60 bucks for a 24 hour auction today and it's at 270 dollars, win! These things must be popular, it has 31 watchers and 28 bids. I'm gonna sell this other heater and buy a dslr!

Last I checked they go for around 300-400 from most places.

I have been around where they are used and was at first worried how hot the exterior would get but after one was running for a long time it wasn't really that hot and seemed to work decent so if you need one try it out and if you prefer the money sell it as new and just say you opened the box to make sure all the parts were in there...

central heat/ac works fine plus a fireplace, I would never use these

Well they work great if you have a drafty room or two but if you have no issues and the people giving you them were not suggestion that since they visit often you will get a decent profit.
