I'm looking to get rid of a bit of debt. I have a Capital One card that I've had since I turned 18, which now has a fairly high balance on it. I don't want it anymore. I should be able to pay it off by the middle of next year, but I hate having to pay interest.

I noticed this card. It has 0% on purchases and balance transfers, as well as no balance transfer fee for the initial offer.

What I'm trying to figure out, is there any catch? Typically, on a card with 0% on a balance transfer, you have a monthly purchase requirement and your monthly payments go towards the lower APR, but it's 0% for this one, but I don't see one for this card. Am I missing something or is this the perfect card to reduce a high balance?

And I don't plan on using cash advances or use it in a foreign country, so don't bring up that they charge extra for those ;)

*edit* K, I'm having issue linking to the newest offer on their site. It keeps giving me an issue, so hang on :)

Cards have to make money. Nothing in life is free. Dont trust them.

Stick with Capital One.
