<< CCNA will look good on your resume. >>

To get the chance to become an intern or a junior net admin yes. But it's by no means the end of your education. I know people that step in with an A+ thinking they know everything :| and I shoot their ass down. :D

<< If I have my MCSE and CCNA out of HS do you guys think I could find a good paying job? I don't know if I'm going to go to college. >>

You probably can find a good paying job out of HS with those two certifications, depending on the area you reside in, but I don't suggest you dropping out of college.

It's important to be well rounded as a person. College offers you that. I'm not sure you understand what I mean by this, but you'll understand when you get older.

Also, a lot of high paying jobs require a college degree. So another thing is that there is a chance you'll hit a glass ceiling w/o a college degree.

My suggestions. These are the suggestions from my friend who took the CCNA 1.0 test. Know the models like the back of your hand. I guess the only difference with 1.0 and 2.0 is that there is switching as well. So...

Your best bet is to ask people who already took it and find out what you need to concentrate your studies on. That's also a great time to network (build up list of people you know). I can't stress that enough. Network with people and get to know them.

<< what's the minimum hands-on experience one would need on average before they take the exam? Is it possible to pass without? >>

<< by the way, the CCNA was really damned easy compared to CCNP stuff. The market in the next few years is going to be SUPER flooded with CCNA's since Cicso has started this Cicso Acadmemy stuff in high schools nationwide.. it will become truly meaningless, believe me. >>

Tell me about it. I wish they offered it when I was in HS damnit. The only thing is that Cisco requires that you renew your certification every two years.

All depends on what field you want to be in and yes, experience experience experience. :)

MSCE AND Cisco certified out of high school?
Wow, thats impressive, wish i could have done that when I was in school.
Everyone says the market is flooded and they wont need more certified techs.
I see that certified techs are a minority in the computer industry.
But then again getting ceritifed just says that you can use THAT companies product.
Which, working for someone, you ALWAYS hit a glass ceiling.
With or with out a cert and college degrees.
They really mean nothing when you work for someone.
