If you do this or have in the past,I have a couple of questions:
What kind of meats do you eat and how often do you eat them? Red meat at all, if so, only super lean? White meat and fish every day or less often?
Grains.......is bread acceptable, or only unrefined? Are some forms of bread acceptable?
Dairy? Definitely not?
