Does anyone have "weird" textures in Crysis Demo?

Every so often, depending on how I turn my screen - it is rare that it happens but it does - some textures become completely destroyed, its like at the sea for instance, I see a big black drawn out stripe array, sometimes it happens around buildings too.
Is that something others experience too? or just me.

I have 163.71 Forceware x64 drivers
WinXP 64
4GB Corsair DDR2 @ 816MHz
8800GTS Fatal1ty 320MB

My specs are fine, the game runs perfectly smooth - only sometimes it glitches with these weirdo thingies, walls becoming skies in the middle and the stripes coming out of nowhere.

Suggestions / thoughts ?

I get missing textures (replaced with flatly colored triangles, or entirely transparent). So, I don't think it's you.

I have never had any issues with the demo but the performance is pretty low across the board. I managed to make it pretty playable though and the experience is good enough.

I get the same thing when I have my system OC'd. If I go stock everything looks fine.

No missing textures here. Not OC'ed though. Running at slightly above medium at 1680x1050, I pull 30fps in the jungle. I suppose that in 2 years I'll be able to build a computer to run this game with everything maxed out.

I have everything maxed and it sometimes occurs, I just did 10+ hours of memtest 86 test 5, so memory is flawless atleast, it could be GPU since its tupidly overclocked by default. Sometimes it is perfectly fine though - but sometimes I do get the trianles and tears here and there but noting is overclocked besides GFX which is a factory OC

Could it be just the demo not working perfectly well with everything? That and that there is a beta nvidia driver optimized for Crysis, I'm guessing we'll see it released along/before crysis actually is

I get weird textures somtimes also. At the very beginning of the demo where the plane is flying to the island, if I run medium settings or low, the plane is transparent. But when I turn on high settings, it looks perfectly normal.
