Does anyone have their My Documents and Desktop folders located on a secondary drive?

If so, have you run into any problems trying to install programs?

I have a 750GB drive and a 36GB Raptor. I often store things on the desktop as well as my My Documents folder. So, I decided to the two folders, respectively, to the 750GB drive. Anyone have any problems doing this?

Yep I always move it to a secondary drive. It means if I have to reinstall my OS I do not have to worry about forgetting to backup my latest version of My Documents.

I'm considering putting my /home/ directory on a seperate partition, or hard drive. It's easier in Linux (iirc), and quite different, so I can't offer any useful advice. However, the above posters have accounted for that, so you're good to go.
