Does anyone have the PS2 version 2.1 DVD drivers?

Or do you know where to get the 2.1 DVD drivers? How about the elusive "utilities" disk? Can't seem to get an ISO online...

I would also like to know where to get these new drivers. First, I heard they were on the "utilities" disk--they're not. Then, I hear that they're on the PlayStation Underground's demo disk(s)--they're not. Next, I hear they're on GT3--they're not. (Are we seeing a pattern here yet?) Now, I hear they'll be included with the HDD add-on.

2.10 comes with the Sony DVD remote

I noticed a Sony PS2 remote in BestBuy today and it came with a cd that had the updated DVD drivers in it. The would give support to the DVD player in the PlayStation2 for smooth scrolling and other features. My thought was to download a copy and put it on a CD to update my PS2.
