Does anyone have the IntelliType software for Microsoft keyboards?

I want to use the hot keys on Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro, but I can't without the software. I can't seem to find a good link for the software. Microsoft's download site for the software is down.
 
Just remember, intellitype lags the keyboard in certain games....I've noticed it does it quite severely on some FPS.

Is this well known? Does this happen if you install it only for their mouse, if possible?
I asked about it last year. Never installed it though. 🙂
