Does anyone have the extension of someone helpful at dell.

They keep me on hold nonstop. First time there was no sound and cut off. Second time transferred to voicemail during working hours. WHAT THE FVCK. Does anyone have the extension of someone at dell who can help me?

Oh they all speak english. These fvckers just keep blowing me off and transferring me to oblivion. I placed an order but somehow it didn't go through and the coupon expired so I just want my order. >_<

call and press the spanish option. i doubt they train the people outsourced spanish. then just tell the person that you pressed the wrong button. I'm pretty sure they send the spanish calls to somewhere here in the US.
