Does anyone have the CTX Executive (EX) 1300 21" monitor?

I've been to Epinions and I've searched on Google, and the only review/opinion of this monitor I can find is one that stated that image quality was fair but the monitor itself was dim. I can't even find a local place that sells it. Can someone who has this monitor please give me an opinion of it? Please? Thanks.
