Does anyone have Omniform?

I had used an older version of Omniform (2.0) but my boss threw away the installation disc thinking that we didn't use that program anymore (which we hardly ever use). But now I need to open some important files so I can update them.

Please help. TIA.

have you tried using cute pdf or something else where you could just print to pdf.
