Where your brain just feels like a pile of Jello. I don't know how to describe this feeling, but I am at work now and I feel like crap. I couldn't even add 1+1 together now if you asked me.

I feel so alone in this. :(

rarely but yes. usually it's caused by too little/too much/bad quality sleep, for me anyway.

Now. Its Friday, 345pm, and I want to leave. Brain gone to jello, requires alcohol to continue.

I feel like that once in a while. When I am in the office, I tell my boss that I am going in 'system restore mode'; take a nap for 15-20 minutes, and I am back in action.
My co-workers and the boss-man himself made fun of me, but they realized that it actually works!

The other day, our CAD guy tried doing the same..

As far as work goes, I've noticed that I can screw things up even when I'm feeling great. So my "off day" at work isn't necessarily a day when I'm feeling like crap.

Yes, today is an example, I only got 2.5 hrs of sleep last night and Skoorb comes along and asks a question about friction and surface adhesion, I couldn't answer it correctly.

You're not still obsessing about that, are you? :D

Yep, I have a lot of off days, it seems.

Remember, when you are feeling lonely, you aren't alone. But you are alone... so very, very alone.

You might be dehydrated. Have a few cups of cold water.

I drink over a gallon of water per day. i don't think that's the problem. my head feels empty, and my feet starts to tingle. WTF is this? i can't even focus my eyes on these flat panels properly.
