Does anyone have Macromedia Director 8?

I'm looking for a tutorial file. It's under Learning/Show Me and it's called frame_by_frame.dir. I'm using the Director MX trial edition right now, but it doesn't have that file and I'd like to play around with some bitmap walking animation.
