Sweet. One thing though, I have a DSl connection that's using Point to Point protocol. I'll probably need some sort of proxy setup on my computer. I by the time this thing comes out there'll be some sort of tutorial online.

PPPoE?

There'll probably be some kind of Setup in the adapters memory/saved on a memory card, where you configure your information just like you do on a router, or so I think :)

Gamestop lists this coming out on 8/27 for $40. Not sure how DSL works since I have cable, but I'm guessing if you still want to have both your PS2 and computer online at the same time, the best way to go would be to go get yourself a cable/dsl router(sure you can find a good deal on one in Hot Deals for under $50). Your other option is to have a dedicated computer that acts as your proxy. Up to you. Can't wait for this to come out though.

Yeah, SOCOM looks like it's gonna be pretty badass, although I'm not a big fan of FPS w/ a controller

Neither am I. I'm looking more forward to games like Madden, GTA, FF XI, and Tekken 4. Games that are more designed for the console. I'll save my FPS playing for my PC.
