Does anyone have experience w/customer service from Fortron, Antec, or Silverstone?

Hey all,
I know I have a PSU thread going already, but I'm also curious about the grade of customer service from these companies. If something breaks, will I be treated well? What kind of warranties are we looking at for those companies? Does anyone have personal experiences?

Thanks,
-Eric

I had to RMA an Antec Truepower 380 (I know!! I was really surprised and a bit disappointed, but it croaked after 2 months!) The cust service was excellent, got a replacement very quickly. No experience with Fortron as I have never had one fail.

Mmm that's good to know :) Hopefully one can expect the same reliability from silverstone, because I've heard a few people mentiont that Fortron/Silver PSUs are made by the same company (Enhance)...not to mention their extremely similar physical structure.

ive had nothing but good experiances with the antec rma department... i rma-ed a truepower 330, and they sent me back a truepower 380 with a note saying that they had run out of 330s... they responded relatively quickly to my request, and the psu was recieved in like a week and a half...
