Does anyone have any ideas for a good portable DirecTV dish mount?

I am looking to test out my DirectTV, but i don't want to put it in a permanent spot. So, i was wondering if anyone's ever made a portable dish mount that they are able to move every so often. Please let me know any ideas that you have. Thanks!

Wow, thats a great idea. Thanks, i'll try that.

I've never worked with concrete before... is it easy to fill the bucket with? Can you buy instant concree solutions?

this is my setup......just remember to get quikcrete. Otherwise you will have to wait a long time for the concrete to setup

How do you mount the directv dish onto the steel pipe?

This is the best pic I could find

Make sure the pipe you use is the same diameter as that pole in that pic (which is part of the dish).

Remove that pipe and slide the dish onto yours.

This is how I would do it. I could be talking out my ass though 😛. Mine is mounted to my house.

THanks for your help with this. I guess i just have to get a pole that fits my directv dish exactly. Does anyone know the exact diameter for the directv mounting?

Thanks for your help with this.
