Does anyone have any experience with the asus p4s333m?

Looking into getting a P4 northwood and an looking for a good motherboard. This one seems to fit and was wondering if anyone has tried it yet. The only draw back that I see is that it only has 3 pci slots, but i don't use any as it is.
 
I haven't used it personally but last I heard Vcore is NOT adjustable in BIOS. Still, you could conceivably get by using the wire trick.
