Does anyone have any experience with FC5025 adapters?

I have a giant stack of 5.25 floppy disks I wish to connect to my PC, but all of my searching has come up empty until I found this link (http://www.deviceside.com/fc5025.html).

Does anyone have any experience with this adapter or maybe someone has a better way to connect 5.25 floppy disks to a PC via USB?

You could just get a pci controller card that supports floppy drives.

I don't have much experience with these. Is there a particular one you would recommend? I would have to buy a new drive as well since the one I have is not in working condition any longer.
