Does anyone have access to a legal database?

I want the details of a Sacramento County Superior Court Case # 3ASO3665 HJTA v. DMV

CA vehicle registration tax increased 300% and people are saying it's illegal and the precedant is that case..but I can't even look up the case to see if they are lying or not!!! the public database of the sacramento superior court's website only goes to 1993...
