Does anyone have a Tivo w/ Digital Cable?

I am coming from a DTV tivo which I love, but have to get rid of b/c HD content on the D* is just to much $. I have a HD cable box that will output SD on the SVideo, and I suppose I will be able to switch onputs for the HD material that I watch. My question is does anyone have a similiar setup? What are your thoughts? Does it take forever to change the channel?? Thanks in advance.

I set up a Tivo with a digital cable box. Did take too long to change the channels. About as long as direct TV normally takes. At my house I don't have a cable box, I watch TV using the TV tuner and when I want to see something on TIVO, I switch video inputs. Tivo channel change isn't slow but not nearly as fast as a plain TV.

My bother has a SA Tivo with digital Comcast. Takes way too long to change channels, may 1 to 1.5 seconds. Definitely longer than with a DirecTivo.
