SERO ends on the 31st (rumor has it), and I want a treo, but right now I'm part of a family plan. If I drop my phone from the plan, will I get hit with a early termination fee? Ihave no way of finding out because Sprint won't answer my call, so can someone help me?

When you got your phone you prob signed a contract to get the better price on ur phone so yes you would be charged, but are you leaving sprint or just wanting a diff phone?

Yea, if you are still under a contract, they will charge you with an ETF. It is possible to wiggle out of the fee, but it's very hard.

I finally got through, and some guy from a far off land said that I would NOT be charged. I went over this a couple of times, and he said that I would not be charged...We'll see, I suppose...
